Richelle is super responsive and proactive. Our grandmother just came home a few days ago, and Richelle helped us get her room in order, in addition to providing care and companionship. She knows her stuff, and has lots of great little "insider tips" on how to be most effective as a caretaker. Looking forward to working with her further.
