When we interviewed Rick, we were impressed with his demeanor, knowledge, and references, and we encouraged our elderly uncle to engage him as a caregiver/companion. We felt blessed to have him and were hoping it would be a long, beneficial relationship. Unfortunately, Ricky was only able to care for our uncle for two weeks because our uncle had a sudden decline and passed away two weeks after Rick started. However, for those two weeks, Ricky anticipated our uncle's needs and kept him comfortable. He was attentive, knowledgeable about his care needs, proactive, positive, upbeat, soothing, kind, patient and empathetic. We highly recommend him.
