About Reshma

As a tutor I have had the opportunity to work with several amazing students. I focus on the student's primary learning style and use this technique to bring out the best in each student. After my first assessment, I prepare an individual plan for each student setting goals in terms of grades as well as time. I use school text books, prior exams, and any feedback from teachers to prepare lessons for my students. I also review completed homework and will oversee student's completion of homework if requested. I generally do not assign homework unless I feel the student has the time to complete it or if it is requested by parents. I have plenty of resources to supplement any additional academic needs and will customize student learning plan according to the student's needs. I have tutored of my peers in college and students in all grade levels. I have also volunteered at public schools in Florida. I am a certified teacher. Technology friendly.
