I am a motivated self- starter, detail oriented with an emphasis on providing quality work. I have over 3 years of experience in child care as well as 2 years of administrative and personal assistant experience. As a personal assistant I efficiently managed all important telephone calls, Collected and sorted mail, screened and initiated telephone calls. I also maintained daily tasks list and arranged meetings and made appointment with individuals on a priority basis. I often prepared reports and documents and handled all the documentation work. I planned and supervised all personal travel arrangements including: Air travel, ground transportation and accommodations. I planned the time table schedule of business, personal and weekend events. Additionally I collaborated with key management personnel to assist in arrangement of special events. As a child care provider I observe and monitor children's play activities 3 months to 13yr old to ensure and maintain a safe playing environment; assist children with homework and school work. I communicate with parents or guardians about daily activities, behavior, and related issues and support emotional and social development of children.
