Hi there! I'm looking for occasional babysitting work to supplement my current job working at Stanford University's early intervention autism clinic. I have a Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and about 8 years of experience supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities across home, school, and hospital settings. I'm formally trained in naturalistic teaching through play and using positive reinforcement to shape behaviors that will promote independence. I have a lot of experience helping out busy parents, so in addition to childcare, I have no problem doing chores around the house such as dishes and laundry. I'm very qualified to maintain a secure, supervised, and stable environment for children of any age and developmental stage.
