For many years, I was a child care provider and didn't think there was any other job that was more rewarding. I still believe that. However, by a fluke I was hired on to care for a older woman with Alzheimer's disease. I fell in love with not only the job itself but with the woman I was caring for. I don't view people or treat people as just a "job," I am a very caring and I have so much compassion for people. Sometimes it's a fault of mine because I tend to get too attached to people. I treat and care for everyone how I would expect someone to care for my own mom if she needed daily care.
