I currently work as a Med Tech/ Care giver in an Assisted living home, in the dementia unit. I have two children of my own, my daughter age 10, and my son age 6. I have worked in a wide range of care. I have worked with Children, Children with Special needs, Adults with Special needs, elderly, and elderly with dementia. I care about people and have a deep desire to help people. I love working with children and want to find a position that best suits my skill set. I have a lot of patients, especially with my experience with dementia and in working with children with special needs. I am very organized and a hard worker, I become lead over my dementia unit after only 3 months. I also have had the great opportunity to have several special needs children and adults in my person as well as professional life. Two of my friends have special needs children and there joy is the most amazing thing I have seen. I am just glad I get to be a part of that joy.
