If you are looking for a highly reliable sitter in NYC, look no further than Raina. She was a reassuring presence throughout, from our introductory screening video call to showing up on time at our hotel, to establishing a warm and friendly connection with our two boys (2 y/o & 4.5 y/o) the second she walked in and ensuring they were well looked after while my wife and I stepped out into the city for a couple of hours. She kept them engaged with books and tucked them into bed at an appropriate hour that we suggested. Kept us updated with periodic texts to let us know our sons were ok. So glad we connected with Raina. The other reviews are truly legit. She is the real deal. Gem of a find.
