When I was in college I worked in a Kids for Kids program designing fun activities appropriate for the pediatric department at the local hospital. After college I cared for my mother after she endured a stroke, and helped her to regain full function. My first job out of college was working as a Montessori toddler's room teacher's assistant for a year where I was able to fully exercise my creativity and passion for working with children. I decided to work in rehab care afterwards, which led me to my current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant status. I want to help children be the best they can possibly be, and to get there with as much fun as possible.
