I love to work with elderly adults and adults with special needs because I love to help people reach their greatest potential. During my childhood, my mom worked at a place called Children s Care Hospital and School which was a home for children with disabilities, and she also worked at a group home for adults with disabilities. With my own eyes I got to see what it meant to love someone and take care of them because you care about them and their quality of life. Because my Mom had a heart for people with disabilities, it opened my heart to want to care for people as well.

I have known Rachel for 10 years as a friend. She is a very caring, capable young lady with a lot of common sense. She is a hard worker, very dependable, giving, and compassionate. I have watched her take care of young children and teens at our church. She does a wonderful job! I highly recommend her for any job working with people. Her people skills are excellent!
