Helping someone reach their full potential and providing them with a happy and stable environment is what care giving is all about! I have many years of experience, as well as training in CPR, first aid, seizure protocol, ASD symptom management, and developmental and speech delays. I think punctuality, reliability, and responsibility are they keys to success in this field. As well as kindness and compassion of course! I grew up taking care of my mother who had complex medical needs, this is what made me first realize that special needs care giving is so rewarding.
