I have two years experience with an elderly couple, she had dementia. He broke his hip in a fall before I was hired. I assisted him showering and dressing. She liked to go thrift shopping and to the beauty parlor. I helped her with cooking and cleaning. I dealt with their daughter who closely monitored their well being. I provide her reference and phone number. My next client was a 38-year-old man with a traumatic brain injury. We went many places together, mostly my job was to get him out of the house. I have reference from his mother. My most recent job was an 84-year-old man with dementia who really wanted to stay in his home. We went for walks and to the store and Doctor and Dentist appointments and out to lunch on Monday , Weds, and Friday. He was able to stay home an extra year, but is now in an assisted living facility where I still visit him. I have letter of recommendation from my boss his step son. I love what I do. I am vaccinated.
