About Rachel

I nannied for a summer in high school. The next summer, I became a lifeguard. I was a lifeguard/manager for 6 summers. Family and Consumer Sciences Education was my degree in college. It included Early Childhood classes, Nutrition classes, etc. I graduated from Wayne State College in Nebraska in December 2018. Then, I proceeded to teach for a year and a half at Schuyler Middle School. The reason it was a year and a half is because the first half of my first year, I was student teaching and 1st year teaching at the same time (was not paid for my half year of student teaching).
