You do not need formal education when you have had hands on experience. I am a single parent and I can give references of families, teachers, pillars of my community that will tell you my son is the most well mannered well behaved polite sensitive loving young adult. He was on Merit Roll since the 6th grade. He now works for the Cleveland Food Bank.
