nstead of cleaning, she mainly moved our belongings around, threw away items we were still using without asking, and even put dirty clothes back into the closet. She rearranged things like shampoo bottles but didn’t actually clean up spills. Throughout the visit she repeatedly commented on how “dirty” our home was, despite it being reasonably clean. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and not what we were looking for.
