I have extensive experience with after surgery care/ wound care. Extensive experience with catheters, feeding tubes, Hoyer lifts, etc. I have lots of experience with end of life care. I can offer training/education to caregivers and/or family. I can attend doctor appointments to keep Health Care Team and family informed. I can put medications into weekly organizers/pill boxes, refills, etc. I will monitor for medication efficacy and contact MD if any issues arise.
