I was not able to have children of my own. I love caring for other children.

I hired Pat to care for my premature daughter and son. Initially Pat was extremely nice and I paid her incredibly well ($15 an hour) and taught her infant CPR to be prepared for any emergency with my daughter. As my daughter grew and her needs became significantly less I adjusted Pat's pay for an above average rate of a daycare provider ($50 a day). She insisted that she was worth $15 an hour and became extremely rude. She felt that her pay had been based on her qualifications rather than on the truth of the matter and that was the high risk and significant needs of a premature baby. Pat is not certified in CPR and did no other tasks in my home other than care for my infant. Last time she was at my house she did not feed my son all afternoon, nor evening; but rather fixed food for herself and ate in front of my autistic son. Upon hiring Pat, she had very minimal experience and presents with charm but her temper can quickly turn on you in an unpredictable instant.
