Patti has been with us about a year -- caring for my mom who has MS, incontinence, MCI. I can't say enough about how amazing Patti was with my mom. She became a family friend fairly quickly. I trust her with my mom, my house and my animals. Don't underestimate the need for a great caregiver. It saved our lives. Personality - Patti is a bright shiny penny. Positive, sweet, funny, empathetic. We laughed and cried together many times. This stuff can get really hard and you have to laugh through the pain sometimes. Expertise -- Patti's skills are spot on! She handled my mom's needs with care and respect even in the most challenging situations. Patti kept my mother very comfortable on a daily basis. We trust her judgement and know my mom is safe with her (Patti also took my mom to several dr appts without us being there -- a great advocate for mom and us. I would hire her again in a minute - no question!
