Pam is very caring and thoughtful. She goes above and beyond to really understand the client so that she can anticipate needs, and adapt her approach of it brings better outcomes. She communicates very effectively and promptly. I'll share this anecdote to demonstrate her care and commitment. This year I could not visit my mother in Thanksgiving. Pam then took it upon herself to visit, bringing home made food and companionship. She really cares for the well being of her clients.
