Hello! I am currently a MA's student living in Park City, studying East-West Psychology with a concentration in ecotherapy, transpersonal psychology, and spiritual counseling. I am an aunt and have been nannying young children since age 14. I graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Global Business Diplomacy, and I have spent the past few years living between Costa Rica and Peru while studying indigenous healing practices.

One of my passions is in conflict resolution, and I am certified in Restorative Justice Practices which means I approach and teach children about conflict with nonviolent communication, trauma-informed, taking accountability, and seeing the potential for expansion and empowerment. I am training in trauma healing (Somatic Experiencing) and implement this into my work with children (in a fun way!) to teach body awareness and nervous system regulation through somatic practices like breathwork, movement, art, connecting to nature, and mindfulness.
