I am an undergraduate student majoring in Psychology at Indiana University East. I have had a variety of tutoring roles throughout my academic and professional career including tutoring at Brebeuf Jesuit High-school for the National Honors Society, instructing children while implementing curriculum at youth shelters, and planning diversity and inclusion programs for Purdue Student Body. I have taught a range of subjects but I am most comfortable teaching basic subjects: Math, Reading, Science + English - in fact, I scored a perfect 36 on the ACT in all areas.
As a tutor my main goal is to make sure that my student understands the concepts and builds from there. I also go the extra mile of simplifying and creating "shortcuts" to more difficult lessons that I have picked up along my academic career as well as creating practice worksheets so that the student can learn when I am not there!
Look forward to hearing from you!
