About Olivia

Hi! My name is Olivia and I'm a senior in college pursuing a psychology degree. I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into childcare was driven by my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I believe in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I have worked as a camp counselor and teaching assistant for multiple years and have a lot of experience working with children, especially aged 3-5, and with intellectual disabilities. My patient, calm and fun nature allows me to engage children in various activities that foster their cognitive, social, and emotional development. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and addressing any concerns that may arise. I adapt my approach to household rules based on the parents' preferences and strive to create a harmonious environment for the children in my care.
