I am organized, responsible, nurturing, good listener, warm hearted, and creative. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 20 years and can honestly say I love what I do! Over the course of those years, I have cared for children of varying ages including newborns/infants, toddlers, preschoolers, elementary aged children, pre-teens and teens. Able to respond quickly and creatively to unusual or difficult child care situations and provide a warm, safe and loving environment where self-concept is enhanced, independence encouraged, and individuality respected. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes helping children clean their rooms, clean play area, laundry, meal preparation, dishes, and keeping the house tidy. I'm also bilingual (Russian/English). Certified by Texas State Board.
