My name is Nikol and I am a mother of three beautiful children. I am a nanny with 20 years of experience in child development, currently enrolled at APU for my degree in human development and family services. I will have my degree by February 2024. I always focus on a child's well-being from every aspect and will help you with any milestone they currently face. I am also available to help with potty training and getting your family on routines for better sleep if you face those challenges. Play is how children learn so each day will include music and movement, arts and crafts, themed sensory tables, outdoor time and other fun activities. I am a patient, fun, loving, gentle and nurturing nanny who believes in using responsive parenting styles to encourage healthy emotional regulation. I believe communication is key and I treat children with respect and love when they have big feelings. I am currently seeking one full time child to join my baby, and I on our every day adventures.

Nikol is truly amazing! I met her through her Zumbini (music & movement) classes that my daughter & I both LOVED. She connected with every child that was in her class, made them feel so seen & welcomed. I also got the pleasure of working with her in a childcare setting and let me tell you the kids just loved her! She’s the BEST ❤️
