Nicole is wonderful with our special daughter. She works with A. in the mornings and also provides respite care from time to time. She is always on time, very personable and creative in coming up with activities for Alyssa that help her developmentally and also entertain her. We feel so lucky to have found Nicole after interviewing many people who didn't feel quite right. We are able to completely trust Nicole's judgment in caring for Alyssa, which us great peace of mind.
