Nicole cared for our then 3 months old for 5 months. Now she feels like a part of the family. As a first time mom it was VERY hard to transition back to work, but she made us easy. She is always willing to learn and adjust. She has no problem playing and being silly. Our son loved her. He would smile and lean over to go to her. I also love that she asks questions and is a good communicator. I had a log book for her to complete each and and she did so each day with notes as needed. If you need someone you can trust, hire her. I would hire her again and again.
