Nurturing children's growth and development is a true passion of mine. For the past 12 years, I've had the pleasure of caring for children aged 3-11. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I strive to make a positive impact on each child's life. I have ample experience working with special needs kids as an early intervention autism specialist, behavior interventionist and special education teacher. I am certified as a Registered Behavior Technician as well as First Aid and CPR. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I always follow the parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences.
