I've been a summer school assistant teacher, care provider, therapist, aide, babysitter, and head camp counselor for special needs individuals with a variety of different diagnoses for both genders and of all ages. I have an upbeat personality, always love to make people laugh, have a positive outlook on life and always make the best of situations helping children. I'm currently a Recreation Coordinator for children and teenagers with special needs. I'm hoping to find a part-time work in the evenings working with special needs. I came to know Nicole when she was an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer with our project in Charleston. I did not directly supervise her, but worked in the same building, and met with her regarding her work and came to know her well. I found Nicole to be earnest, hard-working, bright, dedicated, friendly and caring. She is very passionate about what she does and I would recommend contacting her to see if she is a good fit for your needs!
