I have a unique understanding of the difficulties a family faces in caring for someone with special needs. I myself have a sibling with special needs so I have helped to care for someone with learning and developmental delays my entire life. I have tutored her, helped teach her life skills to cultivate her independence, and been a friend and support to her on a daily basis. I hope to use these valuable skills by working with other families in their ongoing learning process on how to best care for someone with mental, psychological, and/or physical differences.
