I am a caregiver with who assists clients by performing and helping clients with the activities of daily living. I enjoy providing companionship that many clients are often lacking. Below are some of the services that I provide. * Perform general household tasks including laundry, shopping, errands and transportation * Assist with transfers in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs or cars. * Talk and give company to clients and participate in resident activities. * Administer medication according to schedule * Escort clients to social activities such as gatherings, lunches, dinners, church or meeting friends. * Accompany clients to doctors appointments or physical therapy sessions. * Observe changes in behavior or medical condition and report changes immediately. * Plan, prepare and monitor meals for clients by conforming to meal plans meted out by health care professionals or family members.
