Hello my name is Neshia, I have over 15 years in experience 5 of which includes nursing home and hospital care where I worked as a current Registered Nurse. Employed before in Newyork, Maimonides hospital Brooklyn and Townhouse nursing home in Long Island. I have developed a solid understanding of appropriate patient care depending on their needs. I am experienced in in geriatrics, wound care, Alzheimer's and dementia, including other aspects of patient care. I have pediatric experience as well. I am very compassionate and patient which allows me to communicate and build effective relationships with my patients. I am highly skilled in providing patient centered care and helping with activities of daily living. Medication administration as per doctors orders.
