I am a people person, my heart is attracted by the people in need and this makes me feel a lot of satisfaction. I have been working with people since 1987 who have different physical conditions at hospitals and agencies, working hard on their needs and challenges. I graduated in 1984 as a nurse in Lima Peru. In 1987 I received my license as CNA and 1992 Home Health Aide Certification in San Jose California. In 1994 I moved to Arizona and I transferred my CNA license and HHA to Arizona State; since then I have been working in this field in Arizona. In 1999 I graduated as Medical Assistant and I worked at Concentra Medical Center. Even though I was working all ready with special needs clients since 1994 I decided to work for the government in special education. In 2006 I got a contract with Department Economic Security and Department of disabilities division as an Independent license provider for Special Needs; I am still working with them. Government jobs are constantly training us in different areas related to the care of the individual. We like to use habilitation skill related to -personal livings skills and behavior modification assessment with re-direction program skills. Nursing degree graduating Lima-Peru on 1984, HHA certification, Medical Assistant Certification, Arizona license Independence provider working for DDD, DES government training on the benefit of the special needs client working on their needs and challenges.
