We hired Nathan as our part time nanny, about 15 hrs/weekly. He was courteous and knowledgeable and interactive with our two month old. However, he called out sick the evening before his second day and unexpectedly texted his resignation the morning of his fourth day with us, which caused a scramble for us to organize that day and the remainder of the week. He gave no indication of being unhappy with us and we trust he had his personal reasons.
