Nataliya worked as a caregiver for my mother from 2019 until her recent death at age 97 this Jan 2024. Nataliya is a compassionate and skilled caregiver who engaged lovingly with my mother. She has good judgement and makes sound decisions. She was keenly observant of my mother's condition and both altered care appropriately and contacted me promptly when any changes occurred. She is careful about medications and accurate with both dosage, timing, and record keeping. She is knowledgeable about infection control and exhibited excellent practices regarding sanitizing l such as with the commode, diapering, cleaning hoyer lift, as well as in the kitchen, laundry , client hand washing, regular use of gloves, etc. Nataliya is honest, trust worthy and straight forward. She was always respectful and very kind with my mother as well as with me. She had an extraordinary ability to get my mother to drink enough fluids and to eat appropriately. My mother was non-ambulatory and confined to a wheelchair during the day. Nataliya kept her free of bed sores while under her care due to her skill and conscientious nature. My mother required 24/7 care and Nataliya worked successfully with a care team of three other people. She is reliable and entirely pleasant. My mother grew very fond of her. She had vascular dementia yet she always recognized Nataliya and a warm smile appeared on her face when Nataliya arrived. My mother trusted her, was relaxed in her company and seemed to know that she was in competent hands. Nataliya remembered aspects of my mother's health from the week before, the month before and the year before. She thinks comprehensively and reflected on how my mother's health both physical and cognitive were changing over time adjusted her thoughtful care accordingly. Nataliya has a genuinely kind heart and a very capable mind. She helped make my mother's last years so much happier and more comfortable. I am grateful to her and recommend her without reservation.
