I have 7 years babysitting experience, beginning with my first job babysitting boys ages 3, 7 and 9 and most recently, a family with five children ranging from ages, 6 months to 11 years. While nannying for the family of five children, I also prepared meals, organized and kept the home clean. My favorite aspect of babysitting is, the chance to leave a long lasting positive impact on children. I also have experience tutoring, including children with ADHD and ADD. I can't imagine what it feels like to leave the most important person in your life with someone else but, I'd like to make that experience as stress free for you and your family as possible. Natalie helped us care for our son for 15-20 hours per week, from age one year to 16 months, until we moved out of state. We are so sad that she's not coming with us! Whenever Natalie arrived at our house, our son would jump up and run to greet her, because he knew he was going to have so much fun. Natalie went the extra mile to make sure his day was full and engaging, coming up with new games for him to play at home, outside, and in the park. She always made sure he was safe and clean. She also communicated with us to make sure we were all following the same protocols for enforcing boundaries with him. While young toddlers can be demanding, she was always patient and calm, and developed a deep level of understanding and communication with our child. Natalie was very reliable, and on the rare days she could not make it, she made sure to tell us in advance. She took COVID precautions very seriously, which we also appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend Natalie!
