Hi, I am Nancy. I recently moved to the Mooresville area because I got married. I worked with special needs individuals (all ages). I did in-home services where I would provide any care that was needed and I also worked helped with skill building. I have been around Angelman Syndrome and also Down Syndrome as well many more disabilities. I also have a sister with auditory processing disorder so I understand the worry there is when it comes to finding a care giver that is trust worthy. My previous employer would be more than willing to give me a good reference, even the individuals parents who have seen me one on one with their child. I love working in this type of field and do not wish to leave it and would not have had I not had to relocate. I would like to point out that I was med certified, documentation certified, tova certified, CPR certified and first aid certified (for Virginia).
