Nancy was a game changer for my mom who had dementia. She immediately connected with my mom and provided incredible, compassionate care for her for three years until my mom passed. In addition to the typical caregiver duties of transporting my mom to appointments, dressing, feeding, and cleaning her, Nancy went to all of mom's appointments with her and advocated for her when medical professionals couldn't see past the disease to the person my mom still was. She took my mom on all sorts of outings- to movies. museums, parks, art festivals and more- and was always on the lookout for new ways to engage my mom or make her more comfortable as her disease progressed. If I could give Nancy 12 stars I would. I highly recommend her.
