Personally, I have 4 adult boys, all adopted and loved very much. I can't wait to be a grandma someday! I love to read to (or with) kids and play games, inside and out. I love going for walks or riding bikes, too. I helped care for my dad who suffered from dementia, diabetes, and cancer. I helped with checking blood sugar level, insulin injections, feeding, dressing, and toileting. I'm good with pets. I've had dogs all my life. Professionally, I have 20 years experience in an elementary school setting as a licensed educational assistant. Over the years, I have worked with children with autism (verbal and non-verbal), Downs, ADD, ADHD, RAD and learning disabilities. I've loved every day of it. I am fine with meal prep, light housekeeping and/or toileting, if needed. I am organized and punctual. I look forward to answering any questions you might have.
