I am a college student, and I love working with children. My mother started me off by volunteering in our church nursery every Sunday and Wednesday, when I was about 14 years old, working with newborns and toddlers. When I was almost 18, I started working with a scouting club as a counselor. At that job, I stayed with the children throughout the week while they were at camp, and watched the children. I have done that for three summers, and I continue to work weekends there as well. I also worked briefly in a kids' club during the Spring of 2012. I worked after school, and watched children until their parents arrived. From the time I was around 14, I've also done various babysitting jobs. I love all age groups and genders, but I do prefer to work with children that are not newborns. And, the number of children I feel comfortable watching varies on the age of the children.
