Hello! I am a patient, hard-working, and creative caregiver with experience in SPED classrooms, ABA therapy, and in-home care. I volunteered in my high school's SPED classrooms and their summer school program equivalents as a peer tutor and classroom aid for 3 years. During that time, I also played on the Unified Soccer team and volunteered with an organization called Every Body Athletics, whose mission is to create an inclusive exercise environment for people of all abilities. My most recent payed experience is with the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, also known as CARD, as a behavior technician. CARD specializes in ABA therapy, and I have nearly a year's worth of experience there working with children and adolescents. I also have limited experience providing in-home care for adults with disabilities. I do not have much experience with more in-depth medical care such as G tubes, injections, and seizure attendance, but I am more than willing to learn these skills if needed.
