To Whom It May Concern - Monica is now a friend but started out as a co-volunteer when we worked together as volunteer managers for a traveling hockey team. Monica is a conscientious, thorough, and kind person. She's very good and kind with children and the children respond to her in a loving and positive way. She's energetic, intelligent and is extremely reliable. I've watched her with children and families with pets and she's very engaging. I would think she's just what a family would want for their children.
