About MOLLIE

I have worked as a an educational assistant, an interventionist, and a 5th grade math teacher for the last 14 years. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, empathetic and energetic. I like tutoring because I enjoy meeting students where they are and helping them discover their potential. I'm looking for a job where students are willing to accept challenges and put forth their best effort. Additionally, I value parents that are involved and also willing to help their children succeed by providing encouragement and support. I have tutored students off and in for the last six years. I draw from my work as an interventionist and special education teacher to guide how I tutor students. In my spare time, I like to be outside doing anything! I also enjoy sketching and reading when the weather prevents me from being outside. One thing you should know about me is I truly believe that all children can be successful. My skills include reading, writing and math help.
