I take joy in what I do, and give my very best to go the extra mile and provide excellent care. I prefer working 8-12-24 hour shifts because it allows me to spend more quality time with my family. I worked for 5 years as a night nurse and loved it, so I have no problem with evenings, overnights, or working multiple days in a row.
