Hello! My name is Mikala, I have taken care of Alzheimer and dementia clients. Learning patients and tactics and time management. Delivering meds to them, meal preparation, help with clothing, running errands , and taking them to doctor appointments. I was a nanny for 13+ yrs and then had the opportunity to work for a family who had an autistic older child and I jumped at the opportunity to care for him. I believe everyone deserves the same amount of love and care and I am willing to give my all' to make sure the client and family is happy. I pride myself on making sure the clients are out and about, I love crafting with them. They will be entertained, have structure, learning opportunities always. Helping others is what I do, making sure that the ones in need know that they matter, not just the children but the parents as well. I love communicating, and sharing progress of their loved ones.
