About Michelle

I am an experienced nanny, nanny house manager, educator and newborn care specialist. For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my career to working with families and children in a variety of settings. My background extends beyond working in private homes of families, and includes teaching and leadership roles in quality educational programming. My experience covers all ages from newborns through school aged children. I have extensive experience and vast knowledge in the care of young children, some topics include: sleep training, healthy eating/cooking, starting solids, baby led weaning, creating/maintaining a schedule, positive discipline, ages/stages of development, developmental milestones, developmentally appropriate activities and special needs (developmental delays, reflux, genetic disorders, food allergies, health conditions, dispensing medications). I wholeheartedly believe that taking care of a child is the most important gift bestowed upon us and is a privilege like no other.
