About Michelle

I grew up with a mother who cared for the elderly, and did in home care for hospice patients throughout her life. During the last 6 years of my mothers life she developed several health issues, it was my privilege to be the primary caregiver for my own mother who devoted her life caring for others. I cleaned her home, scheduled her appointments, took her shopping, ran errands, organized her medications, set up and helped with her oxygen, assisted with bathing and personal care, prepared meals and spent time together playing cards, watching movies and having great conversation. My mother has been gone for almost 8 years now. I understand how important it is to have some extra help to care for loved ones while trying to live our everyday lives. I have experience with MD, stroke, dementia and special needs care with my other Care. com clients. I am married with 3 grown children. I currently have a full time day job with flexibility, and I have flexible hours through the week and weekends.
