I am an Certified Dementia Care Specialist, highly competent and experienced in working with the older population and very passionate what I do! I do carry my own professional liability insurance with 1M-3M coverage. I am licensed to practice in both NJ and PA and am board-certified and nationally registered to provide such services. Please Note: My caregiver and professional in-home OT services are PRIVATE PAY ONLY. I do submit claims for private insurance reimbursement and I do not wish to be hired under the category of professional pay. You may not claim your expenses under my name for tax purposes. Michele was an exceptional caregiver to say the least when she came 4 days/week to tend to my fathers morning care and afternoon lunch. She had so many great ideas to help my dad and always showed up on time and with a smile on her face. I would hire her again in a heartbeat
