I am a caregiver at heart. I love animals, the elderly and children. I took care of an Alzheimer's patient in Manhattan for 7 years. She was a wonderful lady who taught me all about music and old Hollywood movies. I took care of another lovely lady for 2 years who had mascular degeneration and who was on oxygen. Before all of this, I was an elementary school teacher for 4 years before leaving my career behind to be a stay at home mom raising 4 great kids. It continues to be the single greatest decision of my life. I would enjoy working with someone who has a good sense of humor because I believe laughter is the best medicine!
