Hello, Michele was the live-in aid for my grandfather for over three years and I owe her so much. She came into a hard situation and went above and beyond. I was living across the country and had to manage my grandfather's care long-distance. Michele made that possible - she was my eyes and ears. My grandfather loved her, she was his best friend, and truly treated him like family. Michele has something special that few people have, which is empathy and the resolve to do what is right. She gave my grandfather the chance at being happy in the last years of his life and for that I am eternally grateful. To recommend Michele is the easiest thing I could ever do. I just wish I had better words than the best words there are to truly encapsulate how wonderful this person is. If you're reading this and are needing help. You'd be beyond lucky to have her.
