Meredith has watched my 1.5 year old a half a dozen times now and is always very responsive and communicative with me, prompt/on time, flexible, and most importantly great with my son. He’s having a lot of separation anxiety lately and she’s always calm and soothing with him and seems very confident and capable, which makes leaving him while he’s upset much easier.
